Shipping Guidelines

We will work hard to get your order sent promptly with a tracking number once the order is verified. Be sure the address you give us is correct. Once the package leaves our mailing facility, it is up to the mail or package carrier to deliver as expected. Below is a list of estimated delivery times the USPS publishes. Please be aware of Holiday and weekend delivery hours of USPS, UPS or FedEx. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to Holidays, weather, strike, mechanical failure, or other circumstances. Be aware of that and we are not able to offer refunds for shipping charges.

Standard: 2-5 Business days

Priority Mail: 1-3 Business days from zip code 98632

Overnight: 1 Business day, if offered
Orders must be placed by 11 AM PST for same day shipping. All other orders will be shipped the following day.

When your order is shipped from Pet Media Plus to a US shipping address, you will get a tracking number from PayPal. The tracking number you receive from the Paypal email notification during the daytime may take up to 24 hours. Pet Media Plus is not responsible for errors or delays caused by the USPS. If you encounter a shipping error or delay, call Call 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) and have your tracking number available so that USPS can assist you.

Again, please be aware of Holiday delivery hours. We are not able to offer refunds on the cost of shipping.

Shipping Policy and Guidelines

We reserve the right to update and revise this Shipping Policy and Guidelines to reflect changes in our policies, services. When we do make changes to this Policy we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Policy. Please make sure that you review it frequently as anytime you place an order with Pet Media Plus the current Shipping Policy and Guidelines will apply.

We cannot use a customer’s personal account with UPS or any other carrier.

The estimated delivery time for any given shipment will vary according to the method of shipping you choose and/or by your location. Please note that although we make an effort to meet the estimated delivery times, we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date or time. If you have time-sensitive materials, please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your order.

Holidays may affect and delay your shipping times. Please take holidays into account when estimating your package delivery time.

If a package is not delivered due to a customer refusal (which would include a failure to pick up the product from UPS, if applicable) or an error made by the customer, e.g., not submitting the proper shipping address, it may cause the package to be reshipped (with the corrected address if applicable), you will be charged an additional shipping fee for this reshipment.

By placing an order with Pet Media Plus you are agreeing that we are not responsible or liable for, and no refund, cancellation or credit will be due as a result of shipping company delays which may include acts of God or weather conditions, international customs issues, any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.

Please take note that if you choose a residential address as your delivery address USPS or the carrier delivering your package will typically not require a signature at the time of delivery and the package may be left at the address.

Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

For a package that was damaged in transit please return the product to our mailing facility for a replacement.
